To much facial filler. Should have did facelift without filler. Let her heal and see if then if she wanted filler. She has a narrow face and the filler makes her look like she has had an allergic reaction. Not good.

I'm sorry to say but the filler makes her look like the Joker; the ratio between her cheeks and her lower face is too great which makes her lower face look unnaturally drawn in.

It’s crazy how much of a difference just a nose makes on the appearance of your face. Like, she looks like a completely different person. She looks so much prettier after the nose job. And that’s the only thing that changed. Absolutely wild!
